We offer a wide variety of health and fitness solutions and our pricing reflects all of those options. We have set our average price between $30 - $90 per session but that is just an estimate because depending on the service and solution provided. We recommend a phone call to first see if we can help you and if we can, we will suggest the best training solution we think will help you reach your goal! 1:1 TRAINING SOLUTION If you’re looking for a customized program and experience that’s designed 100% around you, then our one-on-one sessions are for you. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to review your goals, past experiences and current struggles/obstacles that are standing in your way from reaching your goals. The more we get to know a new client, the better we will be able to assist them, and early communication is KEY for building a strong foundation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a B.S. in Exercise Science from Valparaiso University and have been certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for the past 14 years. I also hold specialty certifications with N.A.S.M as a weight loss specialist and TRX as an STC (suspension training course) and FTC (functional training course).
