I was a little skeptical as hired Jesus for a work event. I was worried that things would go wrong making me look bad with the agency. I am pleased to say that I worried for nothing. The Caterers were punctual, professional, clean and courteous. The food was delicious. Everyone loved the food and where highly impressed with the freshness and authentic flavor! Some are considering hiring Baja's Tacos for future events. Caterers prepped the food on site rather quick, served guests for 2 hours and put all the leftovers in containers for me. Event was for 60 people and had more than enough food for everyone to enjoy. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with the service and food. Would definitely hire again! Gracias!
Chef Mike catered our Toastmasters Club's 25th Anniversary Gala. We had 80 guest. Chef Mike was the first caterer to respond to my request for a quote and he continued to be quick to respond throughout the entire process. Chef Mike provided us with a tasting prior to the event and we were sold from the first bite. He and his crew were flexible, professional, kind and efficient. The food was marvelous. We had Tri-tip, Salmon and Chicken for our entrees. All three were superb. So were the side dishes. Chef Mike altered his ingredients to accommodate our gluten free attendees and added special entrees for our vegan enthusiasts. No matter the request, the answer was always "Yes". Chef Mike and his team were a big part of the successful outcome of our event. I highly recommend Gourmet Your Way Catering for any event, large or small! Tony was extremely flexible in coordinating for our New Years Eve Party. The employees actually showed up 2 hours before the start of the party and tried to leave an hour earlier but a quick call to Tony resolved the issue. Communication was a little difficult since the caterers who came to the house did not speak any English but once things got rolling, it wasn't a big deal and Tony had already explained everything over the phone beforehand. The food itself was delicious and the service was great. All our guests loved it. Plenty of options and PLENTY of left overs.

Lavonne was very flexible working with our small event. A small event of important people all with different food issues. She created an appetizer feast for meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free. Everyone was happy and well fed. She did a great job and we will use her again. I recommend Sage Bleu for your catering needs.
We love Don Jorge - their food is great!!! My favorite is their handmade corn tortillas which they cook onsite at our party. I've tried other taco caterers and Don Jorge is our favorite! We discovered them a couple years ago and they are my only choice taco caterer. In fact, I've hired them twice in the past two months - first was catering my son's sixth grade promotion party and our family's summer fiesta! Great service and great food!
Keith catered our Asain Garden Birthday Party for 35 people. Keith was very nice and on time. He came and quickly set up which was good because our crowd was hungry. He just as quickly cleaned up, packed my leftovers for me and was gone with a smile. It was a very easy production unlike other places that I have used and had to ask, where's this, what happened with that. Keith knew his stuff and did it elegantly! I would use him again. Not to mention he can cook allergy and gluten free!
Our experience with Avian's House was amazing. They communicated well, and they all had the best attitudes/ and cheerful personalities. Avian and Mari were both just as excited to be here, as we were to have them. Now... the food... It was legit! Delicious, memorable.. on point! Highly recommend.
I have had the pleasure of working with Christine at workshops, meetings, and an open house. She is an incredible cook. I don't think I have ever eaten any of her dishes without wanting seconds. She is very versatile and adaptable with dietary restrictions - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free but is also exceptional with traditional cuisine. Always on time and calm under pressure. Her love and passion for food and cooking come out in everything she prepares. I highly recommend her!

I hired Admirals to cater my birthday party and it was such a pleasant experience. The crew was polite and professional, everyone was one time, and the food was amazing! Good food and service is extremely hard to come by and Admirals had it all! Everyone deserves the Admirals Experience!
Chef Joan was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and happy, it was clear she loved her job and loved sharing it with us. She cooked for my boyfriend and I at our home on Valentine's weekend, it was the first time we had ever tried a personal chef. We both love eating out and cooking at home - basically we love food, and we wanted to try something different. This experience was especially great because she shared so many tips and tricks with us - I have been trying new things in the kitchen ever since! It was also great that she shared our values in making a gluten-free, low carb meal. Joan started out with pork belly (melt-in-your mouth amazing - thank goodness she made enough for leftovers!) then moved on to one of the best porkchops ever created. The side dish was buttery mashed cauliflower, but made with a few special ingredients that turned into something out of this world (I don't want to give away the secrets!) It was just like a side of creamy mashed potatoes, but better. To top it off, she brought over a whole tupperware of moist, GF chocolate cookies for us to keep! She used them in the dessert, which was heavenly. Over all, I wish I could give chef Joan 10 out of 5 stars!
I am an events coordinator for State Farm. I was given a 48 hour suspense for catering a lunch for 19 executives. Divine Decadence was highly responsive to our venue requirements and our dietary needs with many culinary choices including halal, vegan and gluten free selections provided over the course of a week. Divine Decadence allowed me to focus on other aspects of planning this symposium.
I worked with Chef Francoise Brana in Croatia on a 45m Motor Yacht for a good part of the summer season. When she arrived, I was very pleased to see offhand that she was going to be a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, open and conducted herself in a very pleasant and professional way. Being the Chief Stewardess, it is so important to have a close working relationship with the chef and since I have worked with many that have not so agreeable, I really appreciated everything about Chef Brana as I got to know her over the season. She is kind and caring and always made sure each crew member was happy with the food they were presented with. We had a number of different nationalities on board and a few with dietary specifications - a vegetarian, a crew member with a sensitive stomach, myself with wheat, gluten and diary sensitivities and then the others with their own likes and dislikes and ways of eating. Chef Brana always made sure each person had something that they could eat and enjoy and have enough energy to perform the daily tasks at hand. I am predominantly a vegetarian and really appreciated the delicious, nutritious, creative and healthy vegetarian food prepared by Chef Brana on a daily basis. The meat eaters would happily eat their selection dishes and could not wait to climb into her vegetarian selection as well since it was such good food and complimented the meat perfectly. She uses her knowledge of health and the importance of good nutrition and a balanced diet to create meals for those who do not eat meat, enabling them to have the same energy levels and infact an even healthier life style. She is an absolute pleasure to be around, always made me smile and laugh and I would highly recommend her first and foremost as a highly capable chef and secondly a wonderful person and employee/co-worker. Joann was amazing! I hired her to do a benefit for me, at my home in Point Loma. She is a clear communicator, timely, flexible (I had her redo my proposal 3 times) & delicious! I love that all her food is gluten free & organic. She was very creative with her food suggestions & happy to accommodate my needs. Everything was beautifully plated & she gave generous portions. I will definitely use her again. Not only was her food a great experience, but Joann was a delight ~ I highly recommend Chef Joann!
Kat has catered many of my events for small and large groups of people over the past years. She was always prompt and professional. She served various types of meals to my guests and all tasted and appeared upscale and individually prepared. My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of working with A'Sheka and her staff for nearly a year during the course of planning our Virginia Beach wedding. Right from the start A'Sheka was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and extremely organized. From our fist meeting, she was adamant that her and her staff goes "above and beyond" to make sure our wedding day vision comes to life. She was right on. Among many other helpful things, she recommended some EXCELLENT vendors, coordinated all the meetings/ consultations, sent reminders of payments due, gave advice on proper wedding etiquette, and even just checked in when she hadn't heard from me for a while. To set the scene, my husband and I had our wedding on Sandbridge Beach and the reception in the back yard of one of the nearby beach homes- in other words, it was largely a DIY wedding. The wedding day was seamless! A'Sheka and her staff worked so hard to make sure everything happened "behind the scenes" and it turned out to be a truly stress-free day for us. They coordinated with all the arriving vendors, helped with decorating, and managed the "crowd control" during the ceremony/reception transition, and ensured everything happened on schedule. She put together a "wedding day itinerary" that she gave to the bridal party, caterer and DJ, which helped everything run so smoothly. She was a great leader at the rehearsal, and our bridal party absolutely loved her. It is a great pleasure to recommend A'Sheka and Chris and Twice the Spice Events. I only wish I could have an event like our wedding every year so I could work with them again!
