Initial consultation: We will discuss what bothers or interests you based on your questionnaire, and discuss an approach to help you. My sessions are conducted via Zoom and are 1:1.

Certified Hypnotist, member of National Guild of Hypnotists since 2014 and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Coach Practitioner since 2015 Awareness Through Movement Teacher®, member of The Feldenkrais Guild of North America since 2017. Education/Certifications: Advanced Hypnosis Practitioner (Ericksonian Hypnosis), Certified by NPL Center of New York (2013). Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Coach Practitioner, NLP Center of New York (2015); Trained to use Core Transformation techniques and Wholeness process Feldenkrais Method Teacher/Practitioner, The Institute for the Study of Somatic Education (San Francisco, CA): graduated in 2017 from 4-year Teacher Training program. Energy Psychology certification received January 2021 from The Motivational Institute of Hypnotherapy in San Diego; State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook. Physician Assistant Program. I got inspired to learn alternative methods while practicing as a Physician Assistant in Neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center, NYC. I later practiced as a Physician Assistant at Sorrento Valley Pain Relief Center in San Diego and Gain Wellness Center helping people with chronic pain and osteoarthritis. I was teaching Awareness Through Movement® classes at Healthwell PT Group in San Francisco and at Sorrento Valley Pain Relief Center in San Diego. I keep teaching ONLINE at this time.
