With a proven track record of owning and operating four small businesses, coupled with valuable insights gained from working at two additional small businesses, I bring firsthand entrepreneurial expertise to the table. This background enables me to deeply understand the challenges and triumphs of starting and managing a business. Furthermore, my military service as an Army Reserves retiree and Veteran has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking. These qualities underpin our commitment to delivering exceptional organizational and business solutions. In my previous role as a senior manager, I honed my skills in leadership, space planning, and managing complex infrastructures. Managing a team of ten and overseeing eleven buildings in a biotech environment required a keen eye for efficiency, resourcefulness, and effective communication – all of which are integral to our approach.
