What obstacles may be in their way to achieving their goals? its very important for me to understand what motivates my clients and what pitfalls have disrupted their progress in the past. It is my job to help my clients progress, so i must to have lots of informations and details for planning appropriately. I take anthropometric data like weight, height, body fat percentage. I look at movement patterns to check for deficiencies, compensations or imbalances that may inhibit progress. I record performance records to track improvement. Then i periodically invest time in reassessing the progress to motivate the client to perform better.
