After a long deliberation with my self , I decided to finally get myself a personal trainer. I've never worked out a day in my life (except the normal stroll with my dog , every other day) . So this was a little scary. But thankfully Eric made this experience a wonderful one. From the first email, address me by name and acknowledged my current situation and goals that were included in the questionnaire ( the other trainers I had respond to me, we're like, on auto reply or something. Maybe they were out on vacation? Idk) Anyway, pro health was the best decision I've made. If your nervous about working out, suffer from anxiety or just not sure if you can really pull it off. Eric will help you reach your goals and you'll see results fast. I did. The work out plan he had for me was 100% customized for me. Within the first 2 weeks my butt and hips were getting toner then I've ever seen them, it felt so good seeing my body transform so fast. And to be honest I WAS NOT dieting, HOWEVER at the same time my mind didn't want a bunch of junk food no more and my moods we're so much better and i motivated everyday. Pro health is a perfect example of what a personal trainer should be knowledgeable, ( I had a lot of random questions and he was able to answer them every time ) friendly, confident and makes sure you have a personal experience reaching your goals and keeps you motivated. Doug Malo has been training me on weights for the last 4.5 months and I keep coming back. I feel he takes a personal interest in me, as a client, because when he listens to me, he hears me and works with me. He is present and takes into account the whole person he is working with to provide for their needs. I came to Doug after a long spell of physical inactivity due to extended care for my husband and subsequent period of adjustment after his death; my goal was simply to get in better shape and regain lost muscle mass. Though I still struggle with depression, Doug's training regimen is helping me develop mental toughness to see through my commitments for my physical improvement. I've lost 8 pounds (142 lbs down to 134 lbs) which for some people doesn't seem like a lot, but the weight has shed effortlessly and without rebound and I'm more energetic and much stronger. Doug is well-informed and well-read yet doesn't push a lot of information but rather points to his sources. He is neither dogmatic nor stringent as a lot of personal trainers can be, but rather sensitive to his clients' physical makeup and abilities. Doug is a kind and flexible, a cheerful encourager as well as a great support.

I have been training with Chad Davison for almost 3 years. At SelfMade training facility in Temecula. I can honestly say I have never had a better trainer. I had some pretty high goals when I started. And through his planning and strategizing and of course our hard work. I have achieved my goals and have set new ones. I became a IFBB Bikini Pro with his coaching and training. He has always supported me, pushed me and gave me the encouragement to continue my bodybuilding career. He pays attention to all the details. Including a meal plan and appropriate workout plan for what ever my goals entail. He listens and gives advice when needed and is always on time! He is very knowledgeable in nutrition and body composition. I highly recommend him for anybody at any level of fitness!

I've been working out with Mark for 6 1/2 years so I feel I can give a fair review. He wants to understand your goals and will tailor the workouts to meet your needs whether its weight loss, building strength, overall toning, or serious body building. One thing I like the most is every workout is different so you don't get stuck in a rut and your muscles don't adjust to the same repetitive motion. I have had some personal issues that have caused me not to be able to go as often and I miss my frequent and consistent sessions!!! It makes me feel great to feel stronger and fit!!
I came to Alex after much research and word of mouth. Being a pretty active person all ready I was told he would push me to a new level. I've had other trainers before and have never really been challenged further than basic weight lifting. After my first session with alex I was sore in places I've never been sore before. I first thought his session where "too easy" and soon realized I was wrong. I have been brought back to basic and let me just say no trainer has EVER taught me how to stand correctly or the importance of certain small movements. The results are amazing but that's only if you put in the work. Highly recommend him. You will not only gain physical results but lots of new knowledge.
Christina is a very knowledgeable and motivating trainer. She's very friendly, easy to talk to and helped me achieve my fitness goals in ways I wouldn't have been able to alone. I've tried multiple trainers; where other trainers only seemed to care about getting me in to train for 30 minutes every week, Christina taught me the fundamentals I needed to understand how to build my own workouts, and how to motivate myself. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
Never been happier with my body after working with Travis. He was very polite and really knew how to transform me into a better me. I did a lot of shopping around first and for what he offered, other trainers were charging an arm and a leg.
I've worked with several trainers over the years and Robert is the best and most knowledgeable by far. He also really cares about his clients his 1 hour sessions we usually spend an hour to 90 minutes trying to get some of my range of motions problems straightened out.
I have had a few different trainers before finding Brittney, and I didn’t have a great experience with them. I felt as if the meal plans that I was recieving were pre-made and not really for me. Training with Brittney, she’s provided me a meal plan that works for me! There’s certain things I cannot eat and she makes the point to form the plan around my tolerance and still achieve results. I have lost 10 pounds in two months of training with her AND gained 5 pounds of muscle! I feel amazing. I am still training with her and plan to. With demanding job as photographer, I find it really easy to get the work done and it’s all explain for me in the app. Best trainer I have ever had! Thank you for all your hard work! 5 out of 5!
Throughout most of my gym-haunting years, I really never thought about using a personal trainer. To me, that concept was for the rich and famous, or the serious body-builders, or the pretentious. Besides, who wanted to be saddled with the responsibility of an exact time to show up and have someone always on your case about eating right and exercising? I kept my own schedule, was reasonably active, and generally kept my weight under control, or after a high peak, got it back under control with a variety of diet plans. Then I met Eric. He was the owner of the gym I joined in Palm Springs. He is extremely personable and outgoing, and always made sure to greet everyone by name. I started watching him with clients and noticed he was very patient, trained a variety of ages, fitness levels, and attitudes and didn't fit my concept of trainer, aka drill sergeant, at all! By encouragement and compliments he motivated people to keep pushing themselves and achieve new levels of strength and fitness. Meanwhile, he'd talk to me and suggest that maybe I could benefit from a trainer. No pressure just suggestions. Eventually, I succumbed to his charms and we started working together. What a difference that has made! Although I had used many gym machines over the years, I never really knew how to systematically and most effectively work my muscles and I certainly had steered away from free weights. With Eric's expert guidance, we tackle the whole body over the course of our three workout sessions per week. Each third of the body gets a great workout each hour session, then gets the needed rest while the next third works. In this manner the workout is more intense, more effective, and much more enjoyable than just wandering around the gym doing a little of this, a little of that, and ultimately achieving little of anything. Working with Eric is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. His knowledge of muscle physiology is superb, so he knows what exercises and equipment to use to work on specific areas, or what things to avoid when there is a physical limitation/injury. His demeanor is wonderful always cheerful, generous with praise, urging me to go just a little bit more or a little bit heavier. He makes the workouts fun and the time flies past. Does he let me get away with anything? Absolutely not! He knows when the weight is too light, or the reps aren't quite enough, or the exercise is too easy, so he changes it up. But, this is not the drill sergeant approach just a friend helping a friend do good things. He doesn't make me go past what I am capable of he just helps me increase that capability. With a variety of exercises and a guide at my side, there is no boredom, no wondering what to do next, and no inclination to quit early and go home. I look forward to my workout sessions, and relish the regular schedule which has become an integral part of my life. And, now that he has his own training space at Get-Fit, training is easier without having to dodge a lot of people at a standard gym. We have also worked on diet for weight loss. Eric has given me several diets which I have (mostly) followed. The regular accountability which I initially feared turned out to be a good tool for staying on track. I lost the weight I needed to lose, taking my time so it would stay off, and now can manage it relatively easily with the regular exercise and modified diet. When I slip a few pounds, we increase the cardio portion of the workout and I'm soon back on track. I've been working with Eric for more than four years now, and my experience has been tremendous. I've become addicted to working out rather than having to force myself to go the gym. I've lost 30 pounds, dropped 2-3 sizes, developed muscles that actually show on my body (and which I love to look at!), lowered my body fat to 18.6 percent, and feel more toned and stronger than I have ever been. Not so modestly speaking, I'm in much better shape than all of my senior friends and peers. But most importantly of all, I'm happy with me and what I've achieved. Personal trainers? - a definite YES! Eric the BEST!
While I was anxious to begin working with a trainer, I needed the guidance and discipline of a personal trainer. Ed got me on a program of eating well, the right types of aerobics, and regular resistance and core strength exercise. I immediately began to transform my body and my thinking. Working with Ed is the healthiest decision I have ever made.

He also has outstanding expertise on food and nutrition and has taught me not only how to exercise my body in the most effective way, but also how I can maintain my body through diet in the most efficient and healthy way possible. Jareds training works because its based on a lot of study on his part, and the results can be seen.
Jen is very competent as a trainer. She is very friendly and personable. Everyone who trains with her loves her. In my opinion, she is better with women and older people. She is still a woman herself and shouldn't be training men who lift heavy and need a "spot".
