I contacted thumbtack with an urgent request for some recordings to be done of my daughters rather last minute. I left my info and was immediately contacted by Tyler Chen at Dispute the Mute. His quality was excellent. He made my daughters feel very comfortable and everything went smoothly. We are very happy to have the recordings and will use this service again.

Tyler was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and was awesome at answering business questions I had. He works very efficiently so that you don't feel like you are wasting time/money, and he makes sure that you get the final recording that you want by asking for your feedback during the editing process. I would definitely recommend him.
