- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of service options including providing work on a case by case basis that includes hourly charge and minum travel expenses outside of Chico City limits. I can also provide a discounted hourly rates if you purchase time blocks (call and ask for details). Or I can provide services as an oncall technician for a monthly charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working towards several certifications including a Cisco Certified Network Associated and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the computer industry in highschool. Going to a small rural school people who were educated in technology were rare. It became a common occurance that when the school was experiencing IT related problems they would actually pull me out of class to fix them. I enjoyed the experience and decided since I enjoyed the work and was naturally talented at I would set it as my target career.
