Panda Yoga

Introduction: I'm different in that I'm not what you expect from a yoga teacher. You probably picture crazy poses on Instagram with profound philosophical quotes. I'm not here to teach you how to do those crazy poses. No yoga teacher is. That's not what yoga is about. My goal is very simple: to help you be the best version of yourself. Whether it's learning how to meditate or developing a yoga practice you can do in the comfort of your living room, I want to help you achieve your goals. Yoga and meditation are all about self-love. Yoga means "union". You are uniting your body, mind, and spirit through breath and movement. When things get really crazy for me, it helps me come back to the moment. At the end of the day, all of those worries are so small. I would love to help someone who has never done yoga or meditated learn how easy it is to achieve calm by learning how to focus on themselves.
