Jesus just catered for our wedding of 250 people. He showed up a little later than expected but food was freshly prepared and served on time. Communication at times was difficult, but Jesus pulled everything off wonderfully. I had at least 15 guests tell me these were the best tacos they had ever had. Thank you Jesus for doing an outstanding job catering and making our wedding a night to remember. I would highly suggest using him for your next event.

Jesus catered Courtney & Spencer's wedding for 140 people and the food and service was amazing!! The only thing I was concerned about was being late as I read 1 or 2 out of 100+ reviews about being a little late (things happen!) and they were actually 45 minutes early!! As mentioned in prior reviews, the food was excellent and there was a TON of it left over. I knew there would be but we weren't prepared for how much was left, we could have fed another 25+people! The only other semi-negative review I read was that if you're a control freak, you will have to deal with communicating by e-mail...I'm a total control freak & Jesus always answered any questions I had within a very timely manner. They have you come to their home on a Friday evening where they always have tastings so you get to go over what dishes you would like & talk at length w/Jesus and that is how we chose them, between the 99% 5* reviews and then tasting the food...DECISION MADE!! A decision we don't regret one bit and you cannot beat the price! Also, we had several vegetarians attending so we asked for fish to be available for fish tacos (grilled red sea bass) & a vegan dish...again, they accommodated us and we heard raving reviews. Give up the control & let Jesus and his crew do the rest, you will NOT be disappointed! Manuel, his son, was the one that arrived w/crew & he was so polite as was his crew. Awesome service & food! I feel so fortunate to have found Bajas Tacos! Like many of you out there I searched yelp and google, but was not pleased with what I found and what others had to say. Look no further! I found Thumbtack.com and Jesus' company...everyone had the exact same experience my fiancé and I had! They were awesome! Here's the scoop: Engagement party; 60 people (only 50 RSVPd); grilled Chicken, steak and pork; tons of homemade guacamole, salsa and chips; grilled onions and veggies; rice and beans and last but not least, on-site made tortillas (corn and flour). All fresh, all homemade and all 100% delicious. Guests has thirds and fourths and could not stop raving about the food. Needless to say, not only was the food amazing and plentiful, but Jesus and his family were pleasant and professional, working behind the scenes to make the party go smoothly. They set up, served and cleaned up without any direction from me. As host, this was greatly appreciated. My only hope is that he doesn't become too busy to work with me in the future! I know my company (boss was present) is already going to hire them for our company parties. Book early because I get the sense word is getting out on them. We can't say enough praise.

Baja Tacos catered our wedding last Sunday, it was a cold and rainy day. As the bride I was super busy and only got to see them twice, they were super nice and I didn't hear anything negative about having to grill outside in the cold and rain (we did provide a canopy and tarp). What I heard after the wedding from several people is how good the tacos were!! Every one of my guests that I have seen or talked to since the wedding mention how good the tacos were. I personally loved the handmade tortillas. I have had a couple friends ask me for their number as well. Every one thought they were super nice and helpful. I do have to mention I was a little worried about them because when we went to the tasting the person in charge was not there even though we had an appointment. We were basically just told to call him a few days prior which made me feel a little uncomfortable but after talking to him a week prior it seems it was just me being nervous since he addressed all my concerns even asking questions I had not thought of.
