Hannah was our coordinator for our wedding this past weekend. I could not be happier we hired Hannah. She is absolutely fantastic at her job. She went above and beyond for us on our day. She is very detail oriented and has excellent taste. We got so many compliments on our choice of vendors, the designs (table, bar etc) and the flow of the wedding. All of that was credit to Hannah. I am recommending her and Red Letter Events to anyone planning a party. She was also incredibly accesible, responsive and enthusiastic to help throughout the entire planning process. Also exceptionally organized. Couldn't imagine our wedding coming together so beautifully without her. If you are planning an event.....stop looking around....CALL HANNAH!
I first met Andrea through our local charity running community. Since then, I have attended several events coordinated by Andrea and Events By Abel. She quickly become the unofficial social coordinator for our running group! From spectacularly detailed holiday parties to intimate progressive dinners to weddings for 100+ people, she has had her hand in countless events and special moments that I think back on and smile. Our experience couldn't be any better. Rinna is an amazing wedding planner and individual as a whole. She went above and beyond all of our expectations and made our wedding run smoothly without any problems. She was so helpful, cordial, and available at any hour of the day. I was able to communicate with her all day and night by email, text, phone and have no complaints. Rinna even took the time to meet my close family so that she knew who to communicate with on the big day and was ok with all of the last minute changes we had asked for. She made sure everything was on schedule and even assisted in creating my seating chart last minute. She is an amazing planner and HIGHLY recommend her to EVERYONE. Although she was no familiar with my traditions and customs she took time to learn everything and made sure everything turned out perfectly. She will not disappoint. Thank you Rinna!!
I am an event planner myself, so it is hard to impress me. At the same time, I know the value of having a good event planner on your side. Maleni and her team were amazing. She is the perfect blend of nice while still having structure and authority when needed. She made my wedding day seamless and I didn't worry about a thing. If you are debating whether you need a Day Of coordinator, or a wedding planner, trust me you do! You will be able to enjoy your big day so much more with Maleni taking care of all of the details, tear down, etc.

I hired them to do a candy bar for my daughters sweet 16 winter wonderland party. 2 very nice lady's came and set everything up and then came after the party and took everything down. They were extremely nice and very affordable and I highly recommend hiring them
Valentina and her crew worked magic for our corporate holiday party! She had worked hard planning a great way to jazz up our office and surrounding land for an upscale holiday event. Lo and behold, two days before the event - RAIN!! Valentina was able to quickly change gears and transform our new last minute space (Oceanside Museum of Art) into a festive Winter Wonderland, while cooly making things happen. I honestly don't know how she pulled it off with hardly any time. I highly, highly recommend Valentina and her team. I really appreciate that she LOVES her craft and it shows.
Talissa was so amazing in helping me plan my wedding last October. From the flowers, to the set up of my ceremony, into the reception and everything little Inbetween was beautiful. My wedding would not of looked anywhere close to what it did without her perfect touch. I was so beyond thankful for her in making my special day all I wanted! The pictures I have forever will remind me how great it is to have an amazing wedding planner by my side.
Michele was an amazing wedding planner. In addition to being very detailed oriented, she was very communicative, accommodating, and understanding. She knew when to handle the details on our behalf, and when to pull us in for our input. She came with great referrals for all of the other parties needed to throw a wedding ceremony. Planning for a wedding is always a bit stressful, but on the day-of, I was worry-free about the ceremony and reception -- it all went off without a single hitch.
It was a pleasure to work with Vanessa. She catered to our needs and made my 40th Birthday Party spectacular. She has a lot of great connections with a baker (who made amazing dairy-free cupcakes and cake), lighting, and food. What a gem!
I did business with DJ Charlie twice. He was my wedding DJ and MC in September and very recently he was hired to provide up lighting and dance floor lighting at my brothers birthday party. The only reason he wasnt a DJ there is because it was on a short notice and Charlie had already been booked. My family, my coworkers and my friends were very happy both times. Charlie knows what hes doing and he is more than just a DJ. He knows how to work with all kinds of people to make them happy and avoid any possible conflicts or misunderstandings. He is also an excellent MC and at our wedding he made sure everyone knew what was happening or was about to happen and when. Ive never seen so many people pleased with the music and dancing for so long as it was at our wedding. All of Charlies lights look really good; otherwise, we wouldnt have rented them again. Im very happy I finally found a DJ who gives his advice but always listens to me and who I can trust. Charlie was just hired to be a DJ at my friends wedding next summer. Gary
We hired Ashley as a day-of planner for a medium sized wedding of 115 guests with several vendors to coordinate. We were so glad we did too. Ashley did a great job coordinating the vendors during our wedding day. She was able to pickup where we left off and fill in where we might have had gaps. I didn’t want a planner and to anyone sitting on the fence about this decision- get a planner and hire Ashley. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the day went and how Ashley managed the event.
Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didnt want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price. Only a few weeks before my wedding I asked if Krista could help me with my favor tags since I was running out of time to do them myself. Krista came up with an amazing design that matched our invitations and had them to me in record time. Working with Krista on the invitations and favor tags was probably the smoothest part of planning my wedding. With Babies on the brain I know I will be in touch soon to help with baby announcements and kid birthday parties. I am a customer for life. Thank you Krista!!!
Julia planned my Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Party and did an AMAZING job. She is so organized and creative - two of the most important things in an event planner! My girlfriends and I had such a great time at both parties thanks to Julia. Don't miss the opportunity to work with her because she is outstanding!!!!!!
I have to start off by saying that Patricia is a very nice and sweet lady. That's one of things I really loved about her. She takes her job very serious and gets the job done! I called her last minute and she still made sure my event (Baby Shower) was very nice and BEAUTIFUL!! I got my moneys worth and everyone loved the designs which made me feel even better. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with decorating any event.

With my services, you will receive face-to-face meetings where we discuss everything you want on your dream day and a Pinterest board that I will make into a binder that describes your big day and numerous vendor suggestions, as well as a service for those brides who aren't "DIY" savvy.
