  First, I listen. I start with a quick phone or in-person consultation to understand your issue or project goals. Then I assess the best solution, provide a clear estimate, and get to work — often resolving issues on the same day.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology and have over 15 years of real-world IT experience. I’ve earned industry-recognized certifications including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCENT, and CompTIA Security+. My background includes both technical training and hands-on problem-solving — from securing networks to supporting businesses of all sizes.
