I hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology and have over 15 years of real-world IT experience. I’ve earned industry-recognized certifications including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCENT, and CompTIA Security+. My background includes both technical training and hands-on problem-solving — from securing networks to supporting businesses of all sizes.
