I have been working with OJ for one month and have attained amazing results. I am 10 pounds down and feel much stronger. I have had four trainers within the past five years and have not come close to the results that I have gotten with OJ. His knowledge of physical training and nutrition is unparalleled. My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. However, in the past several months that I have been working with Jacobo I’ve been able to make a great deal of progress. He was able to develop a training method specific to my needs and has been able to work around my busy schedule. He has developed a nutrition program as well as strength and conditioning program that are design to gain the results that I am looking for. Katie is excellent! She was such a big help when I started my diet. She gave me easy to follow meal plans. Her grocery tour is very knowledgeable. She is always available when I have any questions. I've never enjoyed working out (especially in group settings), but as I get older I realize it is necessary for general wellbeing. Starting up with Jason was a great way of easing back into the swing of things while not have to deal with contracts and commercial gyms. His expertise in choosing appropriate exercises movements, scaling, scheduling, as well as sharing some of his nutrition tips, have made our biweekly sessions something I actually look forward to!
Jeremy helped me to lose my baby weight and he made something that felt very overwhelming to me actually fun and enjoyable! Matt, really knows his training. He extremely attentive to those he trains. He is with me. He watches form and is safety conscious. He corrects form and adds small changes that you can feel immediately. His cell phone is not with him so his focus is on you. He also knows nutrition really well and has helped with that portion by providing menus and diets, apps, email tips, and encouragement. I've trained with a number of trainers and Matt is the first to me to provide the attention to detail I've felt was needed.

Patricia was fantastic! I was in need of both energy healing and nutrition counseling, and Patricia was there every step of the way. Her energy healing was deeply helpful in clearing some past emotional trauma. In terms of the nutrition counseling, she provided me with weekly goals that we devised together to accomplish. She really worked with me to figure out what MY goals were based on my health history and to provide the support and vast knowledge to achieve those goals. Her supply of information was extremely enlightening and new to me, but she made it not only easy to understand, but fun to implement. I have had more fun working with food since I worked with Patricia. She doesn't teach you to diet and restrict your food, but she teaches you how to enjoy your food and get the most out of it. Most importantly, she teaches you to really enjoy it and make the best choices for yourself everyday. It helped me, a sufferer of frequent migraines, to lessen the frequency of those migraines to almost nonexistent. I can't recommend her services more highly, and I look forward to continuing to work with her!
