I've been training with Corey just over a month and with his help I'm seeing results I would have never achieved on my own, and in such a short time! Most people gain weight during the holidays, (I typically do) but with Corey's expertise on the right exercises for me and nutritional advice I actually lost 2 sizes! And I actually feel stronger! That says a lot! especially since I have several medical issues including Hasimoto's (hypothyroid). Corey's workouts are challenging and are making a huge difference for me! I couldn't be happier!

First off I just want to congratulate Jen for the amazing job she has done putting her business together. About 3 years ago I came in contact with Jen through a mutual friend. After talking to Jen a few times online and on the phone I knew right away that Jen was very kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable with fitness & nutrition With over 25 years of experience in powerlifting, Olympic lifting and as a strength conditioning coach I always told myself that I would never hire a personal trainer. In my mind I thought that I knew more than enough. About 2 years ago I had to have emergency surgery on my neck. I split the disc between C5 and C6 completely in half. After the surgery I was confined to a recliner for about six weeks. Over those six weeks I watched all my gains and my health go to hell. I was in a very dark place and didn't know how or where to start. That's when I remembered all the conversations that I've had with Jen in the past. I decided to give Jen a call and she was more than willing to help me. One of the first things I noticed about Jen is that she is not one of these .com trainers that puts programs together off of someone else's idea. With Jen, you will get a customized program that meets both your fitnes and your nutritional goals to get you looking and feeling your best. After completing a five month program that Jen put together for me, I feel and look better than I have in 20 years. I'm actually so inspired that next year at this time I will be competing in my first physique competition. I can't wait to see what Jen has planned for me over the next 12 months. She is fantastic with workouts that push you and best of all she really knows nutrition which is even more important. She can help you customize a diet that fits your goals. My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. However, in the past several months that I have been working with Jacobo I’ve been able to make a great deal of progress. He was able to develop a training method specific to my needs and has been able to work around my busy schedule. He has developed a nutrition program as well as strength and conditioning program that are design to gain the results that I am looking for. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his client’s development and success. I am more than happy with my progress and development, I have recommend Jacobo to my closest friends and family.

I have been working with Joan Goldfarb for several months on exercises and nutrition. She is very well prepared and comes to my home to make it more convenient for me. She goes over healthy eating habits and nutrition to help with weight loss, and does exercises with me that will not hurt me due to my osteoarthritis. She takes great care to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly and supports my progress. We have even gone to parks to exercise. I prefer outside to inside exercising. I recommend anyone to hire her as their coach and physical trainer and you will see your success.

Cutting right to the chase, beginning personal training with Brittney Reyna(Reign Athletics) at Self Made Training Facility is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am 34 years old and at no point in my life have I ever looked as good, felt as good or had as much confidence as I do now. I had been wanting get in shape for a long time but had no clue where to begin. I didn't know what exercises to do, what to eat or what gym would be a good fit for me. That's when I found Brittney and Self Made Training Facility. Training with Brittney is like being on a two person team. She cares just as much about my fitness goals as I do. Brittney has a genuine love for her profession and it shows. Whatever exercise we are doing she makes sure my form is correct and always pushes me to my limit to get the most out of the exercise. Brittney also keeps the exercises varied and challenging to get the best results. She always addresses any questions or concerns I have even on days we aren't training. Then there's the food. Brittney ensures I am getting proper nutrition with a custom made meal plan. The meal plan is easy to follow and made up of foods I enjoy. She changes and adjusts the plan as necessary to keep me on track. Brittney has been a great instructor, motivator and ally in my fitness journey. I have a ways to go yet to reach my goal but I have every confidence I will get there with her help. I couldn't ask for more. As far as the facility, Self Made Training Facility has all of the equipment you expect to find in a top notch gym and everything is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere, however, is what really sets Self Made apart from other gyms. Every time I come in I see other happy, energetic clients being pushed, motivated and encouraged towards their fitness goals by their trainers. Everyone is friendly, upbeat and positive. Its a place you want to be at, not have to be at. So there you have it, Brittney(IG @ReignandGain) and Self Made are the real deal, 100 out of 100. My only regret is not starting sooner!
