She is great to work with. At first I was a little skeptical working wit has a female because there wasn't many male reviews but she really knows how to get you motivated. She gets you back on track when you have bad weeks tracking nutrition. I haven't started training with her yet and have only done the nutrition portion. I've been working through injuries and her ability to design a proper macro program has got me where I need to be, now that I'm healthy I look forward to seeing how she challenges me with training!
Gil is a terrific trainer. I was training with someone else long term and I never really got the results I wanted. I'm just as responsible for that, I know, but Gil understands the balance between friendly and professional and makes sure you get what you need out of a session. I've been with him for about 6 weeks and I can definitely feel the difference.
Absolutely love working out with Sara! She is incredibly knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and knows what she's talking about. Her workouts are intense and will definitely kick your booty, but will leave you feeling great in the end! I have yet to leave the gym dry ;) She is sociable and outgoing and an awesome motivator. I would highly recommend Sara as she is personally dedicated to each and every one of her clients' success!
i have a blast every time I workout with Alex. I also have gotten great benefits just by working out with him one day a week (and crossfit twice a week). Best place ever. They kick my ass and I love it! Siavash knows how to push just enough to make you work out harder than you ever have. In 10 weeks, my body has transformed. They also monitor your nutrition, so I feel great because I'm eating healthier! Definitely give it a try. Give it a couple of weeks. You will get addicted, and you will love working out more than you ever have!

UPDATE: I sort of miss the fitness brainiac I met that first day because the guy who leads me through a training session is not playing! I walk in and we are WORKING. LOL, if I could afford it I'd train every day with him. This is not my first rodeo but in just a few weeks Mike has made me see fitness in a completely new way and I am now typing this and looking forward to working out tomorrow. He has taken special time and consideration in designing a plan for me to do on my days away from him and a nutrition plan that is something an actual human being would do. In particular, this human being. This is not cookie cutter fitness. Because of a sudden medical problem, he and I have together adjusted goals and approach and my enthusiasm grows by the day. Today when I was loading boxes from garage to car I thought, I could use this as a training drill and sprinted and lifted so that it became a short intense cardio burst. And you know what... I feel pretty good about that. HERE'S THE ORIGINAL REVIEW: In my first phone call with Mike I was blown away, and it only got better. He is amazing. This is southern California and there's probably 20 trainers within 10 feet of you right now. I don't even like using that word for Mike, he is really taking a revolutionary approach to whole body / whole life fitness and health. He was clear from the first minute, it's about exercise and fitness as well as nutrition AND stress AND sleep... and if any one of those is off, none of the others work as well as they should no matter how much you work at it. So yeah, someone who's not afraid to say that you're not a hero for sleeping 3 hours a night and your body and mind both need to be challenged and then they need to rest and recover. He knows SO much about nutrition, and his passion is infectious. He guides, advises, but does not lecture and is understanding. He told me so many things I never knew, and made me much more aware of how to get the most out of what we eat (nutrition as well as pleasure). He suggested something that I happen to know isn't right for me (FOR ME) and he was just "ok, moving on." He didn't push or lecture, he works with what's real. I felt fantastic after our first work-out. Mike will also impress you with his commitment, enthusiasm and follow-up. I like the big loft-like space, there was great energy and even though there were multiple trainers and people working out, it somehow felt very personal and private at the same time. Mike is the guy.
Ashley has been my personal trainer for 2.5 years and she is amazing! One of the biggest challenges for not only post partum moms, but working moms, is finding the time to exercise. Dylan was a fantastic nutrition coach, and most importantly, a friend through the process. I've always struggled with various forms of inflammation, including leaky gut and celiac's disease. In terms of where I wanted to go, I laid out my desire for weight loss, unknowingly getting much more than I bargained for. I was introduced to the Ketogenic diet, something I later found out to be almost identical to the famous Atkins diet. From there I was given a personalized plan. During the process, Dylan was always available to contact. At one point, he joined for a grocery store spree where we ended up having a potluck together with my family. Progressing through the diet, I found that when I ate my inflammation wasn't acting up anymore! I couldn't believe it! A month later and I had lost 10lbs. Dylan made sure to keep up with me when I was getting weak or when the family left out snacks and candy. I would thoroughly recommend Dylan as both a dietician and health coach to anyone looking to see what can happen when they stick with something! :)
Tami is the best dietician i have ever worked with! I've been seeing Tami for over 7 years and I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I've gained muscle/lost body fat, my food plan is wonderful with lots of variety and I feel great. And Tami is always responsive to my texts and emails. I recommend her to all my friends and family. I couldn't be luckier to have found her.
I was having weight issue and was not really eating much but unable to loose weight. Even 1 lbs! I got an appointment with baharak and she spent an amount of time discussing my eating habits etc...then I was provided with a diet plan along with activity plan. Since Nov 2017 till now I lost abt 13 pounds and never felt so great. Size from 10 to 6 now;) . Definitely recommend this dietitian, she will teach you her knowledge, encourage u to continue ur diet unlike some other dieticians which keep u hanging on them for ever !
Lauren is a talented dietician I had the pleasure of first working with 3 years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anybody seeking support around weight and health concerns. Lauren provides a 'no-diet' approach and incorporates really exciting mindful eating education - preventing the typical yo-yo cycle created by short term diets.
