So very friendly and professional. We're really happy. EDIT: We hired Batir and his brother again in January 2025 to replace an old rusted bathroom sink and counter top and some old frozen shut-off valves. Again, super job! We love the new sink which Batir picked out for us. We had a different plumber in the past who broke things and created more problems than he solved. We feel so luck to have found Batir. Everything he does is done beautifully. When you find a treasure like this, you hold onto it."See more

I was able to reach Joey on a Friday night around 645pm after the plumbing shops we called were closed. He listened to our situation and was able to help me relight over the phone. We ended up having to replace the water heater a month later as it continued to go out. I contacted Joey and he was able replace our water heater and converted it to tankless. He is very knowledgeable in the work that he does and is also experienced in other trades. My absolute favorite** is that he is also available by text which made things super easy for my husband and I who sometimes work late. We were able to send pictures and videos which made things easier for all of us. He provides quality work and would recommend 10/10."See more

We had Jeff come out to inspect our bathtub for refinishing. After inspecting he said we didn't need to have it refinished. Said the tub was in very good condition for its age and he could not improve upon it. Jeff's integrity is remarkable! It's few and far between when a craftsman values honesty over making a dollar. Jeff did not ask for any money for the trip out but we tipped him for his time and expense.
