My whole life I’ve been into physical activity, whether it was playing organized team sports like basketball and football or participating in martial arts such as karate as a kid and Muay Thai.
At the age of 16, I got a herniated disc from weightlifting with no proper guidance, and clearly not knowing the importance of warming up.
Long story short after realizing I took the little things like sitting, standing, walking for granted, I realized I would love to help others avoid making the mistakes I made when I first started lifting weights.
I have my NASM CPT and NESTA kettlebell coach certification. I also have 7+ years of martial arts experience for anyone interested in learning the striking arts.
