- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up with a lot of websites and trade magazines and usually what's hot in the restaurant and other food venue scenes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had already done event coordinating and planning for a design center, a corporate center as well as a non profit military organization. I really love to cook and I cook at home when I want to destress and relax and it gives me an opportunity at trying new recipes and new versions of traditional foods and it just has evolved from there.
