$100/Hour Corporate classes $75/Hour Single Private lessons $85/Hour Small Group Private lessons (split the cost with one or two friends!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always going to workshops, classes, and events with different teachers and studios to continue my personal education, and plan to take more teacher trainings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I started yoga teacher training, I knew I wanted to teach yoga because I have taught dance in the past and love being able to bring movement to others. But I have since learned it is about so much more than the physical movement. Teaching yoga is an amazing experience, I get to constantly share and spread love, empowerment, and happiness, and that is why I continue to do this. I hope to bring some new source of positivity to each of my students, and to help them achieve their personal goals physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
