I got 3 quotes for my landscaping project so far, including his. The first two I got they told me it'll be $8-9k...and then his was $11k for the exact same thing. Not a good price.
Moreover, I text messaged him back with some questions afterwards but he completely ignored it. Additionally his English is not that good. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
