Jerrick is a great trainer. He makes the challenging part of working out fun. There is always a lot of laughter when we are training, making the workout something I look forward to each day. He is aware of aches and pains, always asking questions before each activity. If you are sore, he takes out his Theragun to give you a quick massage and then customizes the workout to your fitness level. He is always on time and will work with your schedule. I can't say enough good things about him.

Training with Jerrick is never a dull moment both because of the value he brings to the workout and his personality. He always provides a positive workout environment and is very inviting for new clients. The space he is training in is clean and well rounded for all levels of fitness. I had the opportunity to train with Jerrick for about 2 years before I moved to San Diego and he gave me the knowledge to continue my training on my own time. If you’re advanced or beginner with your fitness journey he can provide a challenge for you in either scenario!
