We had our dishwasher leak fixed a couple months ago but were still seeing signs of water damage in our flooring and cabinets near the dishwasher. I contacted Mike’s team who came to assess the moisture level of the floor and cabinets and confirmed large amounts of moisture still remaining. He gave us a plan of what needs to be removed and what can be saved. We wanted to save the stone countertop, and they were able to keep the stone countertop intact even after removing the cabinets underneath. However, the mold growth was much bigger than we expected, and Mike professionally explained to us additional material that needed to be removed, including the countertop which had mold growing underneath on the wooden support panels. His team worked through the weekends and Christmas holidays to ensure the damaged wood and mold were removed quickly. Their work resulted in a mold report that passed, allowing us to proceed with drying the remaining wood. Mike’s team has been very professional and helped us get rid of all the damaged material so we can rebuild the kitchen. Very great working with Mike’s team!

We had a washing machine leak. Mike was extremely responsive came within an hour of us calling him, quickly did a round of cleanup and installed a bunch of fans and humidifiers. We were able to get things back to fully dry state in under a day with no major damage. I think without Mike’s responsiveness, it could have turned into a major disaster. Throughout the process, Mike was very professional and also gave me a lot of tips around how to be more proactive with sensors and some other preventative methods.

Would recommend this team to anyone, although I hope you never need their services! They responded very quickly and got to work within a day; quarantining the affected spaces with zipper walls, demolishing the waterlogged drywall, and setting up dehumidifiers and fans. They checked on the drying progress regularly, and got mold tests from an independent party towards the end of the job. They also worked with our insurance adjuster, which was a huge help.

Mike and Kate took care of our rental home’s mold issue. It was during Thanksgiving and the property was occupied by a family with young children. They communicated very well with myself as well as the tenants—did their very best to accommodate their needs, and kept me updated throughout the process.
