I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

Deirdre is an amazing yoga instuctor!! Her classes are organized perfectly, in an organic flowing movement of poses, the difficult intersperced with more relaxing, and with constant attention to breathing. The total experience is much more than a great work out: it is so deeply and profoundly, therapuetically, relaxing. Yoga with Deirdre even melts old wounds and stress trapped in the body: really an amazing experience!!! Its FUN too because Deirdre's approach is so fun!! I recommend Deirdre very highly!!!!

Jenne is a fellow yoga teacher and good friend. I worked with her at Glendale Yoga and we also took each other’s classes. Jenne is incredibly attentive to her students and has a gentle approach that many find very comforting. She is highly knowledgeable and educated and comes to her instruction with years of experience in many disciplines including Kundalini, Hatha, Restorative and Therapeutic. She’s always on board for learning something new. She is animated and positive in her demeanor, specific and clear in her instructions, kind and understanding in her manner and spiritual in her approach. I started yoga lessons with Adam because my blood pressure was elevated. I had read on his website that Raja yoga could be beneficial for lowering b/p and it was. For almost a year now I have been using the customized practice Adam developed for me. While I have attempted other types of yoga for over 15 years I never stayed with a practice because the postures were too painful. In addition to my blood pressure returning to normal I experience a deeper connection to my body.

Loved working with Annie!!! I have taken countless yoga classes before, but truth be told, never felt like I was doing much. Decided to try a private session with Annie to see if I could learn more. Total game changer! Little did I know, I've been doing things all wrong. Having Annie be able to show me the exact, correct form for each of the different poses we worked on was amazing! Just one session with her, and I felt like I could feel a difference!! Highly recommend private sessions or even get a couple friends together and have a group session with her!!
I love Jessica's yoga class! I have really bad knots and she knows just how to work them out! She's very observant of all her students. She really cares for every single one of her students. I know this because she will help adjust you if you are not doing the proper pose. She's also very positive. Everytime she notices I am doing something well, she will praise me. It is also very relaxing. My body feels so amazing and relaxed after her class. I definitely recommend you all coming! Here's a picture of us! I asked her if we could take a photo with us. She's so cute and is personable. Try being friends with her. She will definitely reciprocate!
Have been working with Sierra for years and I really appreciate the range of exercises in her programs and her ability to adapt the training program based on injuries, strained or sore muscles or anything else life throws at you that may affect your workouts. Sierra has a really well-balanced approach to fitness, so it's great knowing that I'm not just getting stronger, but also building my cardio and keeping my flexibility.
Marie is an excellent yoga instructor, she is thorough with explaining the poses and has a gentle approach, and down to earth. She has also taken the time to walk around the class and help each student adjust if they were off in any way. I have come out of her classes refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Marie, as she is passionate about sharing and helping others to become their best.

Where do I start? I have done a personal healing session ,Chakra dance workshop and yoga with Tami. All of them a wonderful experience. Tami has a very strong sense of people, and her teaching skills are absolutely amazing. She is flexible and accommodating. Her yoga classes – her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, and what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room. I appreciate how she paces the class, not too slow, and not too fast. A great professional you will enjoy working with, a great person you will be delighted to meet. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for mindfulness training for themselves, their family, or their workplace.
Anna was so great! She taught a yoga class during our family vacation to San Clemente and helped my 85 year old grandpa do yoga. He was a yoga teacher until a few years ago when he started having symptoms from Parkinson's, since then he's lost a lot of his mobility and motivation. But Anna was able to make an old man very happy by helping him show off his yoga knowledge and she supported him the whole time. At the same time she had five other people in the group of varying degrees of flexibility and strength and was able to keep us engaged as well. We all had such a great time and talked about the experience for the rest of the week, including my grandpa who isn't able to talk much anymore. Wish we lived closer so we could hire Anna for weekly appointments! My grandpa really got a lot out of the experience, and the rest of us enjoyed getting to see him do something he loves. Thank you Anna for making this experience possible!
I have been practicing with Jenni for the last seven years. She has inspired me to be the yogi that I am. Her dedication and commitment to her students has made my yoga journey a success. She is willing to push me when I need it and back off when I over due. Her cheery, positive, up-tone personality is always a joy to be around.
Me and my husband have benefited greatly from Skye's classes. This is one of the best yoga classed you will ever take. She deals with the level your at and works with who you are. I feel so much more flexible. My husband would never do yoga before. Her meditations have changed our lives.
Melissa and I met at my local library and went over what we were looking to accomplish. She was already prepared with the bit of information I provided via email. After her assessment of my 5 year old I decided to hire her on the spot. Today is our 3 session and we are very happy.
It was my first yoga class in a long time and I recall not liking it in the past. I took Robin’s class at my apartment complex last week and it was such a great experience. I felt so calm and relaxed during and much more after. She had the perfect voice for the class. I was a total newbie and didn’t know names of positions and I liked how she named each position as she was doing it. It was very easy to catch on. I also appreciated how she provided options for beginners and advanced attendees. I had a sprained elbow (unrelated incident) and the options made it easier to find a comfortable position for certain moves. I was very impressed and now I LOVE yoga! I can’t wait to do it again and join Robin’s class in the future when my elbow heals.
Had a lovely time taking Lindsey’s class. She’s knowledgeable, great at cueing, and definitely brings her positive energy into the studio. I’m looking forward to taking her class again soon!
I offer private yoga to anyone in the Encinitas/North County area who is interested in shifting not only their physical fitness level but also their mind/body connection. I have had lots of experience with private students and lots of time in a yoga room. I don't think you have to be Gumby to practice yoga, and I am definitely not hyper flexible myself. However, I believe yoga is a powerful tool, and I am grateful to share it with others. My pricing is negotiable, but I think it's very reasonable. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
