I'm not the greatest in writing reviews. All I can say, is that Stephen is great. He applies the correct pressures. I'm not in pain afterwards like othe massages I received in the past. Yet the "knots" and "kinks" are improved. My massages are excellent. I just want to take a nap afterwards! Stephen is the complete package I was looking for - wholistic, Reiki, yoga etc.
Tamara was a sheer delight to work with, as I brought her to my yoga studio to teach a special Acro Yoga Workshop. Her skill level, as an instructor is impressive & captivating. This along with her ability to teach to the diverse group that showed up, she truly creating a “container,” for the room. Can’t wait to have her & her assistant, Meaghan back again!
Been training with lily for three weeks now ! It has been pure joy! I am not exactly what u call an exercise loving person but I look forward to our sessions !after each workout I am in lots of pain (good pain) and of course I go back for more! I love her creative exercises and the way she makes it fun ! I laugh and exercise the entire hour ! Already seeing improvement ! Don't be fool though , She is one tough trainer !💪🏻😳

Sandy is a wonderful yoga and meditation instructor. She created a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I greatly appreciated how at the beginning of class she went to each individual and provided a brief head and temple massage with a hint of lavender oil. It definitely helped me be more present as we continued class. I also liked how she explained each pose. She spoke in a clear and slow tone so it was easy for me to flow from each pose to the next. I highly recommend Sandy as a teacher!

Staci began her flirtation with yoga as an athlete 12 years ago, but it took a few years to develop a more serious relationship with her practice. After moving to Davis 3 years ago to work and study abroad, she discovered Akasha Yoga Studio and completed her RYT 200. Because of her background in international and outdoor education, she considers herself a lifelong student and is constantly pursuing training and discovering ways to bring a new perspective to her classes. Staci loves the mental and physical freedom that the practice brings practitioners, on and off of the mat. Her vinyasa flow yoga classes include a creative flow of asanas set to inspiring music; each class is a unique journey and invigorating exploration of the body.
