I had a prior service evaluate the property - but they did not found any rats on their service (charged 700$ for some traps, performed no insulation). As we were still feeling that the problem was not truly addressed, we asked Brandon to take a look. A much thorough inspection. They actually did a thorough inspection of our ADU and found the nests of rats in the insulation in the crawl space. Replaced the insulation, replaced traps, serviced it twice - we finally solved the issue. They went the extra mile, very punctual, flexible, but most of all - thorough with the work, sealing, traps, insulation. Relatively reasonable priced, excellent quality of service."See more

I wish I could give Walter more stars!! I've been struggling with my HVAC system for quite some time now (about 4 months) and I reached out to him, and within minutes got a response. He came to my apartment within the next few days and arrived ON TIME which I was pleasantly surprised about!! He was extremely thorough and even took his time to explain to me what was going on in a way that I could understand it! I appreciated his diligence and knowledge. The work he did on my unit immediately improved my current HVAC situation and I am very happy with the work Walter did. If I even need a repair again, I will be sure to call Walter!

By far the best experience in home repair I’ve had. And I was a home owner for 24 years. After putting a request for air conditioner repair it was was fixed by Walter less then three hours later. Just as the late spring weather heated up, our (Gree mini-split) HVAC system stopped working, and I was quite stressed about calling a technician from the company that installed it. (That first company was sold to another shortly after they did our installation, and the second company was remarkably unresponsive to our needs. Neither company had technicians with the right training or experience to do lasting repairs or maintenance on our system, and the first company did not keep promises made when we were selecting a contractor). We needed to find a professional with the right skills whom we could trust! When I found Vasyl AC's reviews on ThumbTack, it sounded like Vasyl would be ideal. I actually worried about how long we might have to wait for an appointment since he is so well-regarded. It was a pleasant surprise to hear from Vasyl very soon after I submitted a request for service, and he came to our home the next morning! Vasyl evaluated our system quickly and effectively, determined that a part needed replacement, ordered and installed the part, and promptly got our AC up and running. He expressed concern about the expense to us and recommended that we look into our warranty coverage. Vasyl is clearly very knowledgeable about the Gree systems and he reassured me that we had made a good choice in the purchase. (Our prior experience had made me wonder if we'd been sold a "lemon"). Vasyl is honest, courteous, and kind, and he has earned this 5-star review 100%. We are enjoying a cool, comfortable home again, thanks to Vasyl AC!
