The technician not only replaced the temperature sensor, but also cleaned the internal filters and checked the ventilation, and explained how to avoid similar problems in the future. He worked carefully and left everything in perfect order. Now the dryer works quietly, quickly and flawlessly. I wish I could give Walter more stars!! I've been struggling with my HVAC system for quite some time now (about 4 months) and I reached out to him, and within minutes got a response. He came to my apartment within the next few days and arrived ON TIME which I was pleasantly surprised about!! He was extremely thorough and even took his time to explain to me what was going on in a way that I could understand it! I appreciated his diligence and knowledge. Just as the late spring weather heated up, our (Gree mini-split) HVAC system stopped working, and I was quite stressed about calling a technician from the company that installed it. (That first company was sold to another shortly after they did our installation, and the second company was remarkably unresponsive to our needs. Neither company had technicians with the right training or experience to do lasting repairs or maintenance on our system, and the first company did not keep promises made when we were selecting a contractor). We needed to find a professional with the right skills whom we could trust! When I found Vasyl AC's reviews on ThumbTack, it sounded like Vasyl would be ideal. I actually worried about how long we might have to wait for an appointment since he is so well-regarded. It was a pleasant surprise to hear from Vasyl very soon after I submitted a request for service, and he came to our home the next morning! Vasyl evaluated our system quickly and effectively, determined that a part needed replacement, ordered and installed the part, and promptly got our AC up and running. He expressed concern about the expense to us and recommended that we look into our warranty coverage. Vasyl is clearly very knowledgeable about the Gree systems and he reassured me that we had made a good choice in the purchase. (Our prior experience had made me wonder if we'd been sold a "lemon").
