Ever throw a party and got stuck cleaning in the kitchen worrying about food and dirty dishes? Let Drew and crew do it for you. This was a first for me and I was amazed at how easy it was to set up, and how professional Victoria was on the day of our party. I didn't know what to expect, but she was a pro, very courteous and seems as though she felt right at home. Having a server like Victoria freed us up to really enjoy the party. We had 18 people over and a ton of food so she was helpful in serving, replenishing, and cleaning. At the end of the night, the kitchen was so clean!!!! OMG! I hire Victoria through Drew in a heartbeat for our next gathering. Just do it and hire Drew. It's worth it!
Linda arrived early and in carachter and even tho it was hot outside for the birthday party, she still had fun worth the kids and entertained 10 kids under 5 yrs old for the full 1.5hrs I hired her for. The kids loved her face paintings, balloons, and games and songs. Thanks Linda for helping make my kids birthday party so much fun!

Five stars hardly suffice in rating the work of Rebecca and Anna Marie. My party was all that I had hoped for and more! During the pre-party planning they were attentive and sensitive to our vision for the day. In preparing for the party, their excellent attention to detail, ability to handle each nuance, and creativity in putting all the pieces together was exemplary. During the party they translated our vision by orchestrating each detail and transition flawlessly. All this was done with hardly anyone realizing that they were there. We explored several venues like restaurants and banquet halls before deciding to hold the party in my home. Getting ready involved moving furniture and transforming a house into a party place. We are so pleased for having made that decision because we were able to celebrate in an environment that represents us and that we know best. If I were to pick the qualities that best describe Rebecca and Anna Marie these would be professionalism, sensitivity, creativity and love for their work. Their positiveness and enthusiasm carried the day. Rebecca and Anna Marie know how to take an idea and from that create a celebration. My whole company raved about Michelle and her services. She provided heavy apps and dessert for our company holiday party for 22 guests. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful, and she even played a couple of holiday tunes on the piano before heading out! We recommend working with Michelle.
Mimi recently organized a Halloween themed party at our home for 60 people. I cannot express just how wonderful Mimi was! Both her and her staff were so professional, and went out of their way to make our party special. Mimi worked with me every step of the day, and always asked my approval before purchasing anything. She included me in all of the planning, which made it really very special. The day of the party, everything went off without a hitch, and the party was perfect! I can't believe how many compliments we received, and so many people asked for Mimi's information because they were so impressed! Mimi also kept in great communication with me, and e-mail, texted and called constantly to make sure I was kept in the loop. I had no surprises, and was just blown away at what an amazing job she did. I have never seen a party so beautifully decorated Mimi has such a great talent for this!! If we ever decide to have another party, Mimi will be the first person we call! Not only has she become out party planner of choice, but she has also become a family friend. Amber and Everyday Events did a fantastic job with my 40th birthday party. She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and executed my vision beautifully and made the event simply flawless. She's officially my go-to for all of my party-planning needs. There was nothing I asked of her that was too big or too small she was a readily available anytime I needed her. She worked smoothly and effortlessly with my venue, was in constant communication, which made it easy for me and took the stress and worry off of me. Her attention to detail was second to none. Her team was thorough professional and attentive before after and during my event. After reviewing several bids from caterers who responded to my thumbtack request, I decided to hire Elyse Bolton from Brass Spatula to cater my housewarming party. I chose Elyse because I found her to be very easy to work with - responsive, professional, easy-going and creative. My husband is a picky eater, and Elyse easily accommodated his requests to put condiments on the side and modify a few of our selections. Her menu was interesting and she gave me several options that fit my budget. I hired her and two additional servers, as my goal was to enjoy my party. The three of them arrived about 2 hours before my guests, and immediately got to work. They had done most of the prep in advance, but did all the cooking at my home so the food was fresh and delicious. Everyone raved about it! Throughout the evening, they refreshed the selections so there was always fresh food available. We kept them busy in the kitchen all night - there's no way Elyse could have done this party alone. I had hoped and planned that at least one of the other women would be able to tend bar and/or pass out the appetizers, but unfortunately they had little opportunity to leave the kitchen. Even so, the party was a success and they tidied up before leaving. I'd definitely hire Elyse to cater my next party!
Exceptional. We hired Zach to cater and teach a sushi making class for 6 couples at my house for my wife's birthday. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We emailed and spoke several times in advance of the event about what my expectations for the evening and the types of fish we wanted and what we wanted to make. He also give me a lot of tips on sake -- so I went out and bought several bottles of sake for the guests to do a sake taste testing He drove down to silicon valley from Sonoma, purchased the fish fresh from his contacts at Fisherman's Wharf, and arrived at our home later than expected but well before the guests, so we had plenty of time. He prepared 3 appetizers for us -- an excellent Japanese beef dish, a poke/ponzu dish and a scallop and moon fish sashimi dish with a coconut sauce. Then he taught the group how to make rolls and we each made several rolls with a wide variety of fish and ingredients that he brought. Zach explained a lot about sushi making, from how he evaluates the fish, how it should be cut, how sushi restaurants operate, what to look for at sushi restaurants, etc. His involvement in the evening beyond just preparing the food really helped make the party a lot of fun.
Courtney is simply amazing! She coordinated my house warming party for 80+ people and she handled everything seamlessly. She is an incredibly hard worker and anyone would be lucky to have her services.
I contacted Bounce-n-Jump at the last minute about a bouncy house for my son's birthday party. They got back to me quickly, with a reasonable quote, and fulfilled their promise. The delivery guys arrived a few minutes after the stated window, but said they got lost (understandable) They arrived to pick it up around 8:15pm--just after it got dark, which is evidently when they begin pickups. The bouncer itself was in good condition and the kids had a blast with it. The electric blower was very quiet compared to the gas-generator run units you hear in parks. The delivery guys were very nice and clearly hard working.
Working with Olivia's Oasis Events was a wonderful experience. Valerie was able to take our vision for our wedding and execute it flawlessly. Our wedding day was the best and we have Valerie to thank for shouldering our burden of putting together our day. Thanks!!!
Barbara kept my party idea alive when I kept waffling on whether I wanted to do it. On the day of she took care of everything, including getting to the event ridiculously early to secure a great spot, and created a beautiful space on the beach to celebrate my birthday. I was so glad I didn't give up on the idea in the end. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted! Everyone had a good time and the cost was very reasonable give all the support she provided. Highly recommend!
Very friendly,easy-going, and he set up everything with no hassles and the jumpers were nice and clean!!! Everybody at the party adults and kids had a great time and it made my party a huge success!! Will definitely be re-hire for my next event!!
I initially hired NK from Paradise Parkway just for Day of Event Coordination services but when my venue cancelled on me exactly 45 days before my wedding day, she rose to the occasion and became the partial event planner and essentially my savior for my last minute wedding crisis! NK was creative, thorough, supportive, had my vision and best interest in mind throughout the entire planning process. There was one meeting when NK, the DJ/Lighting staff and venue manager were excitedly throwing out ideas about the space design and NK observed how quiet I was, she made sure to stop the chatter and check in with me to see if what was being discussed was matching to my vision. I truly appreciated this act as I tend to be quiet and pensive when a lot of things are going on. It was great I had an advocate for me! NK was also instrumental with making my venue space elegant and beautiful! When my first reaction to the venue cancellation was to find just a random hall to hold my event, NK highly encouraged me to look at the Sacramento Convention Center meeting room space, noting it had great potential. Im so glad that I did! With her creative eye and floral design background she helped turn the boring meeting rooms into and elegant and beautiful event space! She helped get a champagne colored draping where my fiancé and Is initial monogram was lit, she created a combination of centerpieces that included manzanita branches with crystals, fresh floral arrangements and medium/tall candles that made my guests tables look amazing! She also arranged floating candle vases and incorporated some of my nick-knacks and engagement photos for the Welcome and name card tables. She also went above and beyond when created leftover flowers into beautiful flower arrangements for my sweetheart table when she noticed it was looking bare, also added fresh flowers to my wedding cake! During the event, NK checked in with me and my bridal party often, ensuring we were on time and that little things were taken care of (i.e. informing me what catering staff were saying about drinks supplies, my 2 yr old nephew also poked my wedding cake so she turned it around so other guests dont see, haha!) My wedding reception turned out more beautiful and lavish than my first venue space! I had so many compliments from guests about the décor! NK is professional, competent, creative, detail-oriented, warm, kind and supportive! Not to mention, her services are so affordable compared to other event planning and design business! NK was a God send! She helped create my event timeline, facilitated communication among my vendors and checked in with me often during the weeks/days leading up to the wedding. What would have been a wedding reception disaster, turned into an amazing beautiful event thanks to NK! I highly recommend her for your event coordination/planning and design services!

I had the privilege of having Kindra as my event planner for my daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday party. Let me tell you this was the easiest party I ever had. I work two jobs so my schedule is all over the place with limited time to plan a party when I say I did nothing other than pay for the party that’s exactly what happen... She kept in contact with my daughter to make sure she captured her vision and everything came out wonderful... I will defiantly be using her again in the future and will recommend her to others
I hired Camille to plan my Engagement party and she did an amazing job! I felt completely at ease knowing she was handing everything for my party. She handled the catering, bar, and decorations.
