I finally decided to go through with the project, but the first installer left the floor looking terrible—so I scrambled to find someone with real expertise. Blake did what seemed impossible: he pieced the tiles together with skill and precision, making the repair absolutely seamless and undetectable under my old built-in cabinet. It was an unusual job because it was a repair, but he approached it thoughtfully and creatively. He was communicative and punctual and transparent throughout. Though the job had a curveball because the plumber didn’t install the valve system deep enough, New Era H’ Tile figured out a clever workaround. Despite the additional afternoon of work this workaround required, he didn’t adjust his original price, which was very cool of him. I ended up just tipping him more, because I really appreciated how he went above-and-beyond. I will 100% recommend him to friends and family, and I will definitely reach out to him again for the next job."See more
