After our first class, he adapted to my needs even when I was unsure what I needed to improve. I can describe him as a thoughtful, empathetic, and an excellent listener. I was fortunate to have crossed paths with Dwayne from Public Speak EZ. He worked with me on interviewing skill, though his area of expertise was in public speaking. This showed me how he was willing to truly help people like me who suffered from speaking in public. He developed a personalized plan that showed me how to tap into my strengths and helped me identify areas that I needed to develop. We practiced extensively in mock interviews, which allowed me to receive immediate feedback on how to improve.
Working with him gave me the tools that I needed, which boosted my confidence going into interviews. Using his techniques, I was recently offered a position and I am now employed. I am grateful to have met Dwayne and utilized the services Public Speak EZ provides.
