Robert came to look at the sprinkler issues I had been having this summer. He was quick to diagnose the issue and offered to fix right away. He got the material promptly and replaced the sprinkler heads as well as sprinkler valve. I would definitely recommend Robert for any landscaping work.

We did bathroom remodel with RTR. John and Robert were very professional and responsive. It was a pretty complex and high-end bath remodel, not very common. Guys installed curbless shower with liner drain, hanging toilet, hanging vanity, etc. In the end we were happy with the results. If you are as picky as we are, few tips might help you avoid troubles during the project:
-) make sure you agree in a written form on list of work items, all the way up to the last switch/outlet. that would help avoid confusion.
-) agree on the schedule before hand.
-) have all the materials available at home before starting the project and request the crew to get familiar with dimensions, mounting options, etc in advance.
Details: Full remodel of existing bathroom • Yes, plumbing will need to be relocated • No electrical will need to be relocated • Already have plans - just need installation • Update the bathroom's look • Replace bathroom furniture and fixtures • Family (full bathroom shared by everyone) • Residential
