Christopher Hoover says, "Solar Negotiators salesman, Justin Beck, came by my house as had many others, asking about our True Up bill every year from PG&E. We have an unconventional roof (cannot legally be built under building codes now). We had actually signed with another solar company prior to April 15, 2023, before the change in the NEM (net energy metering) through PG&E. However, after signing a contract with them ( never gave them any money) we pretty much never heard from them again. Justin was following up with those customers and told us that they had gone bankrupt. I listened and allowed him to give his pitch. I am usually pretty wary, but bowing I could cancel within 3 days in California we signed. We are very happy with Solar Negotiators, even though there were a few hiccups along the way. When those occurred, they were quick to respond. To me, service and follow up, is THE most important item in business. This company, so far, has completely met with my satisfaction.I would recommend that before signing with any Solar company, do your due diligence and learn about the companies that you sit down with. So, far we are happy with our decision."See more
