- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a process that we work out together. I think it is important to have a starting point, but also flexible to work within a budget if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet up for coffee at a convenient location or simply set up a time to chat on the phone. Once we connect, can get to know each other and give more details into the farms I work with and even the kitchen I use. I like to start the relationship by me being completely transparent in everything I do. I would love to simply listen to what the needs are and build a map to meet those to best of my ability.

I have 15 years of experience working in professional kitchens. This includes many applications of food preparation. From fine dining, to vegan BBQ.
