Ricardo was very helpful and candid about problems fixing my seven-year old Canon Pixma printer. He told me the model is discontinued and there would be no parts if needed. Based on his consultation I decided to put the repair price toward a new printer instead.

If I could give Ricardo more than five stars, I would! I experienced a power outage and my Brother printer was no longer working. I contacted Ricardo through Thumbtack, and he responded to my email inquiry literally within minutes, and made a house call later that same day, less than two hours later! Ricardo was able to diagnose, repair and maintain the printer right in my own home and now everything is good as new! I work from home and depend upon my printer/scanner/copier daily, so having it fixed quickly and avoiding having to go through the hassle, time and expense of purchasing and setting up a replacement was truly a godsend. Ricardo is highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and responsible. His prices also are very reasonable, particularly given the value of the service provided and that he comes to you. An added plus is that he can provide replacement toner, drums and other parts as well. Ricardo exceeded my expectations in every respect. Honestly, I didn't even know professionals like him existed in this world any longer! I cannot recommend him highly enough and am extremely grateful.
