Even though parts are no longer available for our specific model, he was able to "MacGyver" a fix to get us through until we get a replacement. Speaking of replacements, He also has connections to arrange an equivalent printer when the time comes. If you're in need of printer repair, I highly recommend giving Ricardo a call. Wish I could give Ricardo 10 stars he is just that good. He responded quickly to my request and set up an appointment for the next day for him to come onsite. He not only got in working in less than 30 minutes but gave me helpful tips on what I should do to keep the problem from happening again. And he had such a positive and kind attitude. Before I went to Thumbtack I had lugged my Canon Canon ink jet printer to Berkeley Typewriter and was told by the owner ( a mean spirited rod man) that I would not be able to find anyone to fix it. Then another company had told me over the phone that it would be better to buy another printer. So happy that I did not take no for answer and called Ricardo. He will always be my go to person for any office equipment repair needs.
