Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

I tried "Pilates with Kristan" after being referred by a friend. I was nervous because I am not very flexible and I do not usually do Pilates. I chose the private in-home sessions. Kristan was so professional throughout my entire experience. She came into my home with her own equipment and got right to work. She asked me what my concerns were and what I felt my weaknesses and strengths were. She actually listened and did not come with a pre-planed one-size-fits-all workout. She actually put together a workout that was specifically for me, based on my concerns, strengths, and her own professional assessment of my body! It was a wonderful experience! She moved slowly with me and made sure I understood the movements before moving to the next movement. She has such a great personally and is very personable. I love Jessica! I have always had problems with my back: pain from it being too tight and it goes out on me a lot due to a previous injury. Jess has done wonders to increase the mobility and stability in my back. Not only has my pain decreased but my body feels leaner and more tone. I was intimidated by Pilates at first but now I can't imagine living without it or Jess. She's amazing and I can't recommend her enough.
I've been seeing Anne for several years to help deal with recurrent back pain as a byproduct of a herniated disk which led to back surgery. Anne is a magician of bodywork delving into a palette of therapeutic techniques that she has mastered and customizing her treatment not just by client but by session. So, she has both rescued me from both severe debilitating pain when i could barely walk into her office (and left walking normally) and also used Rolfing and Pilates to help with core strengthening/flexibility. I have recommended several friends who were in accidents or just struggling to find treatment that would actually work after various physical therapy efforts failed and they raved about the impact Anne had on them after only a couple sessions.
Ashley is a great instructor. She's also a very lovely person and doesn't make me feel intimidated by the exercise. I see improvement with regard to my back pain already! I highly recommend Ashley's Pilates!
Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.
I have been training with Daniela in Classical Pilates for 2 years. When I started training, I could barely breathe without wheezing due to a mitral valve leak and other cardiac issues. Today, I’ve surprised my cardiologists by showing improvement in my mitral valve and the ability to overcome a challenging health situation. I’m also performing exercises I didn’t think possible. Daniela is a highly committed and nurturing trainer. She’s patient, encouraging and builds confidence. Added bonus, my body is tight and shapelier. Plus her studio is equipped with Gratz equipment ( modeled by Joseph Pilates). Love coming to the studio !
Christine is an outstanding Pilates and fitness instructor. Her sessions are well thought out to either help you with problems you may have (I have a pinched nerve in my neck) or improve your overall fitness.
