I have been training with Josh for a few weeks now, and could not be happier. Josh is an incredible human being, to say the least. Top Thoughts on Josh: He really caters his workout to your specific needs. He stresses functional (and fun) fitness, not glamor body building He has extensive knowledge about everything from anatomy and physiology, to various training programs, exercise, diets, etc. He trains elite athletes to compete in Spartan Races and Mud Runs. It is always a challengingly fun workout with Josh and I now have more energy, speed, strength and happiness than ever before. Looking forward to running a Spartan Race with Josh and team in the fall and continuing to push myself to become a better person. Thanks Josh!

Josh worked with me through a local boot camp. Even though my fitness level was much lower than the rest of the class, Josh demonstrated modifications to exercises and workouts so I could feel successful and get stronger. He also offered personalized advice on diet and nutrition, which I needed to hear. If you do what Josh tells you to, you will definitely get results!

Josh is very supportive of all his students, no matter what their size or skill level. He knows how to give you a crazy, exhausting, fulfilling workout every single day. I'm a super skinny, unathletic woman - no muscles whatsoever - and within a couple of weeks he had me lifting more weight than I thought possible, on my way to being "skinny strong." He really knows how to create a feeling of camaraderie among his students so you feel supported even if you are the last person finishing your workout. Best cross training class I've ever been a part of.
