Masha is an absolute angel sent from heaven. She radiates so much positivity and light into any room she walks in and I’m truly blessed and grateful to have met her. My class is not just a yoga class, it is an experience!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know the client, the challenges, the hardships that they are experiencing physically, mentally, and emotionally. Often times, our emotions get locked up in our body. Through my sessions, I want to help the client unravel and release these past emotions and traumas out of the body, to become free and more at ease and peace with their body, mind, and spirit.
