1. LDC took my guest bath down to the studs and replaced the dreaded plastic surround tub and shower with quality tile, new deep soak tub, plumbing, hardware and safety hand bars. Reworked the wood 4x4 to support placement of the handrails, rerouted plumbing fixtures, product alcove and faucet. The tile pattern is a stacked pattern with narrow 1/16th grout that would show every mistake and was done perfectly. Replaced toilet that has a different placement perfectly. And granite vanity top and handicap sink to accommodate a small drawer right in front of the sink. Worked around the new flooring without an issue.
2. They also replaced the master bathroom vanity, two sinks and accommodated two small drawers in front of those sinks with no issues.
3. Replaced a regular door into the laundry area with a barn door and reworked the door frame to make it look original
It opens up access to utility sink and cupboards hidden by the regular door. Best thing I've done!
Leo was helpful getting me discounts on the tile and bathroom fixtures saving me a boatload.
Timely, neat and on budget.
I'd recommend to anyone and will use him again soon.
A neighbor used him for a whole house remodel ibn Ocean Hills Country Club and recommended him

He did an excellent job installing new window trim at my house; he also handled drywall and painting work. He was very punctual and the finishing work was professional. I highly recommend Ldc Construction for your projects—they are a very professional company!
