FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the clients on the phone or electronically to make sure we are a good fit. Then we make an appointment where we listen to clients ideas / needs and we make suggestions. We go back to our office and type up and email an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BA from CSUSM. I have taken Horticulture classes at Mira Costa College. We are a licensed (C-27) contractor in the state of California, members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Veteran Owned Business (VOB), members of the California Landscape Contractor’s Association (CLCA), and are a Certified Paver Installer from the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a teen I worked outside our home with my father and brother which I loved to do every weekend. After returning from serving my country in the US Army, I worked in a landscape company installing sod / turf, forming and pouring concrete while working on my degree at CSUSM.
