We hired Monica as our Day-of-Coordinator (DOC) after realizing that we needed to bring in a professional to help us execute months of solo planning 2 weeks prior to our wedding August 20, 2016. From her initial communication, she was kind, prompt and willing to work within our budget. Out of all of the DOC's we vetted, we fell in love with her energy, styling and attention to detail. Upon, our first (and only) face-to-face meeting she answered so many of questions and eased our fears leading up to big day. By the time we finished, she had created a ceremony guide for our use during the rehearsal, timeline for the entire wedding and within a day or say she had reached out to all our vendors with coordination details. In the days leading up to the wedding, she remained in close contact via text and gladly agreed to pick-up a few last minute items like napkins and glow sticks without hesitation. We had a HUGE wedding party, 23 in total so, having her guideline to keep everyone organized during the rehearsal was a lifesaver! We initially were going to hire a few attendants for set-up and take down of decor, but after she reviewed our list, she reassured us that she could easily handle on her own or with the help of one other person. Unfortunately, the point person on our end fell through and she was left to set-up on her own. She did an AMAZING job executing our vision! From the tablescapes to the seating chart, and dessert bar, she didn't skip a beat. Having her as our DOC was one of the best decisions we ever made. She managed all the vendors, worked seamlessly with our venue staff, and stayed until the very end to ensure all of our personal items were packed up well after we were on our way to our honeymoon. Our only disappointment is that we didn't hire her expertise sooner. Monica was great to work with and we recommend her 100%.
