- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk with new customers face to face or on the phone and find out exactly how we can help them. We then discuss all works to be done and go over price. When both sides are clear on all aspects of project including price, we set up the time to start and go from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have had a band for over 7 years and have recorded two albums in different recording studios as far as LA to locally in our hometown Escondido. When preparing to make our 3rd album we decided to build our own professional recording studio. From all the different experiences we've gone through and all the professionals we've met we went through with the idea and got it done. We hired a professional engineer for hands on training and now we are operating the studio. We also have our engineer on call if we need him. So far it's been smooth but we're glad we have plan B if anything goes wrong.
