We purchased a fixer upper that needed a new roof. Ubaldo and his team were fantastic! Ubaldo gave me an estimate the same day he came out to look at our roof. He answered all of my questions and communicated quickly when something unexpected came up. For example, most of the plywood was rotted from whomever roofed the house 30 years before. Ubaldo showed me photos and purchased supplies that day. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I would happily work with his company again and have already referred him to friends. I wish 10 stars were possible!

I found Aguilar Roofing , extremely professional and well and knowledgeable. I have an old house and the tar and gravel roof had leaked for many years. I could not find anyone who was interested in replacing the roof. Aguilar roofing is a family business and act with integrity. On time, excellent workmanship and in budget. I would recommend them to anyone.

Aguilar Roofing was one of six contractors I contacted and was able to inspect the roof, prepare a quote and complete the repairs in a timely manner. The guote was online with others I received, and they detailed other items I might consider. They were able to schedule the work quickly and cleaned up after completion. The job was done before 2 of the contractors and I contacted come even schedule an inspection. Very satisfied with service Aguilar Roofing provided and would use them again.

When I first reached out, Mr Aguilar was busy. He said he'd call back, but forgot. I reached out again and was able to set up an appt for an estimate right away. I didn't even need to be home. Once he inspected my roof, he immediately had someone reach out to me and let me know that, with so little work needing to be done, he could fix it right then. She sent me photos of the problem spots and an estimate and he got started on the work. He immediately sent me pics of the work he did. And I was able to painlessly pay through Venmo (though you don't have to). The woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and responsive. My issue was fixed for $25 less than my other estimate.

After a roof evaluation I give my clients my professional opinion and offer the best price I can. We take many types of payments and even offer a Military discount. Estimates are always free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get in contact with a new client I listen to what their roofing needs are first and answer all questions they may have. I then like to set up a time to go to their home and provide a free estimate. Based on the roof evaluation I then give my professional recommendation to what would be best for their roof and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a roofer for over 30 years.
