Glenn did a phenomenal job on my restaurant buildout even though there were city issues and requirements. He resolved my city inspector problems with a second architect to manage my bathroom ada issues without having to tear down my existing bathrooms and replace them with more expansive. all adjustments and addons were monetarily reasonable for being done within the timetable required. I was glad to have chosen Glenn when issues escalated, companies in the past i have worked with have held me hostage since i had a timetable for exorbitant prices. Glenn is old school construction ethics and quality mixed in with modern processes and materials.

Glenn is very professional. He gave a clear estimate and held to it. His crew was respectful and talented. They performed to our expectations. Glenn was thorough and proactive with each aspect of the remodel. I would utilize his services again.

Glenn Liebig is a pioneer in the construction industry. We have used him on some projects at our multi-family properties and he has done exceptional work. He has great communication and keeps you in the loop the whole way. He is also very knowledgeable and an honest contractor that will tell you the truth. If he can save you some money, he will. He is also great at problem solving and giving you options for solutions. Overall, you can count on Glenn to get the job done right the first time. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a great contractor.
