What an amazing teacher! Two lessons in, she's hooked and already playing songs. Michelle's super patient and awesome with kids. I would highly recommend Michelle to all of my friends. My daughter loves her so much she requested Michelle to be her kindergarten teacher. I can't say enough good things about Michelle. Hire her, you won't regret it!
Daniel is good at his job. He knows what works and knows how to tackle clients' sticking points from multiple angles. Willing to work on what the student wants. I haven't had vocal lessons before, so I was afraid I would be enforced a certain singing style, but I feel like the stuff he teach are pretty fundamental and would improve your singing regardless of voice/singing type. I've takine his lessons for about 1 yr now, I improved a lot more than I expected when I started. Very friendly and non-judgmental guy: Lessons are enjoyable.
I had no prior singing experience before meeting David. I couldn't even remotely find the pitch or key that was being played in a song with my voice when trying to match it. After two months of one on ones for an hour every week, I've seen massive gains and improvements. Not just in my confidence, but in my ability to match pitch, widen my range and become a more flexible singer overall. A big part of success is practicing on your own after the lessons, however, David really does do a great job of zoning in on your weaknesses and helping you through them step by step. I highly recommend him for any singing lessons you're interested in pursuing. I know I'll continue to go to him for all of my vocal needs. Keep up the great work David! -T
I'm so happy that we found Leslie from Choreography on the Go! It's been an amazing experience since our very first lesson one month ago. Leslie is super nice, patient, and most importantly flexible with our hectic schedules. She's made this experience so enjoyable, and is really great at making us laugh and just have fun with it. We look forward to continuing our dance lessons until the big day, and would recommend her to anyone looking for some choreography.
UpRock has excellent musicians and awesome music teachers! Everyone I've met there is thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and patient. Both of my kids love lessons at UpRock and have been eagerly attending for almost a decade. They love going, not just to learn music, but for the fun, encouraging yet professional atmosphere. That's wonderful because they've both benefited in many ways, some we've only realized now that they're older and face bigger and more complicated challenges.
I'm 15, and I've been taking voice lessons with Endres Voice Studio for about 7 months. I love my lessons, and look forward to them every week. besides the fact that I have so much fun, I also feel that I have really improved vocally. I absolutely recommend Anne-Marie Endres to anyone who is interested in getting a really excellent vocal teacher.
Working with Daniel has been awesome. I have had little experience in singing but he has helped me improve and notice the difference in my voice. The warms not only help to get you ready for your song but are training excerises for your voice. Recorded lessons also let you go back and see where you are at vocally as well as practice.
Our vocal lessons are working out great! It's so easy to communicate with everyone and my daughter is having a wonderful experience.
Jenny Guemmer teaches my 14 year old daughter advanced piano. Jenny is very personable, patient, and generally an excellent piano instructor. She is always very professional; her lessons always start and end on time. My daughter has commented that she thoroughly enjoys her lessons and that she has learned a lot in just the few months that she has been with her. Thank you, Jenny!
I took voice lessons with Shea for over one year at Lincoln Music and loved my experience working with her! As someone in my late twenties, I was nervous to start voice lessons again as an adult having not taken lessons since I was a young teen. Shea made each lesson helpful and worthwhile! She was always very fun to work with and knowledgeable and I felt like her exercises and advice were catered perfectly to what I needed for my voice. Not to mention, she is just a wonderful and kind person all around. I always looked forward to my sessions with her because she is so friendly and enthusiastic, it was a breath of fresh air to get to learn from her! She is extremely talented and professional as well. She was always understanding whenever I had time conflicts or had to reschedule, she responds quickly, is very accommodating and used the time in our sessions wisely. Shea is an incredible voice teacher and person; she helped me hone my singing skills, harness my breath and gain confidence. I performed in several open mics with her and each time I got better and more comfortable thanks to her lessons and support. Shea has become a wonderful trustworthy friend! I am so grateful for her and what she has taught me and would recommend her to anyone seeking voice lessons from a professional - worth every penny and much, much more!
Jerry Pajel (Mr. J) is a passionate violin teacher. I have been taking violin lessons for one year now, and I must say that I learned so much in my first month of lessons. While teaching, he communicates effectively and makes learning the violin easy!
The difference in my daughter from her beginning to work with Ms. Sydney and finishing working with her was incredible. It was like seeing a completely different child. Not only did my daughter grow in her singing, her confidence levels boosted significantly, and she became a happier child. Ms. Sydney doesn't just come in finish the lesson and bail, she genuinely loves and cares for your child! I could not recommend her more!
We have had 2 lessons so far and Sarah is really enjoying her lessons. Landon is sweet and professional and seems very knowledgeable for her age. She is a good fit for my 13 year old daughter who is diving into musical theater!
Kevin taught voice to both my son and daughter. He is a passionate and inspiring teacher. My kids looked forward to lessons every week. Kevin tailored the lessons to their individual interests, while teaching them the skills they needed to progress as vocalists. He is incredibly talented, and his vast knowledge of different musical genres provided a great foundation and education for my kids.
Talia is a very helpful teacher!!
My experience at Lafitte Music Center has been wonderful! The atmosphere is inspiring and supportive, and I'm amazed at how much progress I've made. In just two lessons, I went from knowing nothing about piano to surprising myself by what I could do!
