Was looking to have some corrections made to my backyard.. I was contacted by RP SYNTHETIC Had a few texts/emails back and forth.. after a FT call I was told to give a call back to set up a visit for an estimate after several emails on the site a few texts.. I got nothing. No call no text no reply

I see you last messaged me April 2nd. My apologies I was in the hospital with my wife my daughter came earlier than expected. She had a few days of complications prior to delivering and my daughter was born on April 2nd . Ive done my best to communicate with you since our initial interaction back in March but lately things were a little bit complicated for me.
I was also notified today that a bad review was left over the gap in communication with you but I wanted you know the reason why I lacked in communication I do not normally operate in that matter. I take alot of pride in my customer service and for what I do for my clients so it was very unfortunate to see that.
I am currently very backed up with work but if still wanting to move forward the earliest I can come out to check out your area would be towards end of April there is no point in coming before being that im booked practically up until first week of may.
I highly hope my explanation helps change your mind about the review you wrote, if Id of known about my wifes complications I guarantee you Id of informed you ahead of time. I really wanted to help woth your project

Rigo and his crew did an excellent job on my yard. It only took 2 days and by the time they finished, I had a new yard. They cleaned up and left my yard spotless. I recommend this company highly. It was worth the price.
