Worst experience ever, I would not recommend this company to anybody. I began working with this company one month before a major event, we talked on the phone and she quoted me a price range between $100.00 and $150.00 and then she sent me a paypal contract but raised the price to $250.00 so I told her it was too much but never got so much as a response; (and by the way I left several messages on her voicemail) that is untill an hour before the event I got a text to use a company in norwalk which if I did use this company they wouldn't have even been able to get there in time! Donald, I'm very sorry you were unhappy, with my quote. The initial $150 was based off 2 barbershop pole columns, once you added additional decoration to the tent, the price did go up to $250 that is still very reasonable to other competitors. However once you indicated it was to expensive, you also canceled my services. Therfore I was not planning on doing any work for you as I felt you hired somone else. I did speak to a Thumback representative and she reviewed your request and did say she too saw you canceled the work request. I have attached that in my profile pictures. I am very sorry this was a misunderstanding. -Frances
