Paul M. says, "We had to have a whole house re-pipe about 10 months ago. We had a leak in the slab under the house and instead of fixing the small leak and then may be in a month six months a year coming back and fixing another one so we decided to do the whole repipe. I got four estimates two of them were off the charts, but alliance and another were pretty similar. But I just like the professionalism that alliance showed. They started the job as soon as they were able because we had to have the walls checked for asbestos. But the whole re-pipe took two days. It was amazing to watch the guys work because I was there both days all day and they finished the project, installed a water filter and we’re done within two days. But we also had another issue about three months ago which they really came to the rescue. I had a leak in the front yard. The main line to the house had broken. Of course this is a Friday night. I called two other plumbing companies. One couldn’t even come out until Monday one came out gave me a estimate but couldn’t start until the next week but Alliance sent someone out that evening, who went out to the meter and turned the pressure down so that we could continue to use the water. they sent someone out the next day to look at the project and give me an estimate, but since we could still use the water, we were going to set it up for Monday. They came over early Monday morning and finish the project completely and we’re gone in the afternoon. Everyone I’ve met with the company from the supervisor - managers and workers are all very courteous, friendly and professional. Their prices are very competitive and their work is top notch. Everything I’ve seen them do and I was watching the whole time was excellent quality. I would certainly call them again for any other plumbing needs I or a friend had. An excellent choice!!"See more
