- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends upon the services needed, service zip codes and no. of movers & trucks needed. Our rates are always competitive without any hidden fees. UniRelo Moving is built on the principles of honest dealings with our customers, no surprise costs, and in consistently providing efficient moving services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We typically like to gather information about their move either on our website, over phone or by email. The information we request is very basic such as size of their home in terms of no. of bed rooms or square feet, access to their home (any stairs or long carry), list of articles to be moved, any overweight items such as pianos or safes if they have it and we provide our competitive rates. In many cases we are also able to offer a free pre-move onsite assessment to help determine the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been doing local, long distance and international moves for over 10 years. We successfully help over 2500 families move each year.
