Excellent Trainer. During our first session I told her about my injury and she made sure the workouts are not stressful on my ankle. I also came to realize how much I can push and she kept the sessions very interesting and provided a detailed plan to follow.

This is a private gym, where you're time is scheduled, guaranteeing personal, one on one attention. No need to wait for weights, ever. Vanessa busts my ass! She's very knowledgeable and makes sure I know what area of my body I'm working out. After just 10 visits I lost a couple of inches. This team has kept me motivated and I'm excited to be reaching my goals!! Highly recommended.

Clothing feels more comfortable and looser, I have a lot more energy throughout the week, but more importantly, I have become far more aware of what a strong body feels like. I guess, MOST importantly, I feel better about myself. I highly recommend Chris if you're not looking for someone who screams over you while you rip your arm sockets out with dumbbells. Chris develops a much deeper connection than that '80s kind of stereotype, and holds the space for you to do the same within yourself. He will have you walking away feeling stronger, happier, and better!
LOVE IT!! I joined GAIN Fitness a few months ago and have really enjoyed the experience so far. Pleasantly surprised by how effective the virtual trainer relationship has been in getting me to workout more often and at a higher intensity. Also, being assigned workouts keeps things fresh and interesting (it's too easy to fall into a boring routine when working out on your own).

Iâve only had one personal training session with Dario but I have taken several of his classes at my gym and I think heâs a great instructor. I feel that he is aware of what I am capable of and encourages me to push myself. He is also very particular about form and takes his time to make sure I understand the movements/exercises we are working on. From my experience he does a great job motivating his clients, always has a positive attitude and he never makes you feel bad for modifying an exercise. Heâs dedicated to his clients and providing them with exceptional service. I always look forward to sessions with him.
