Introduction: My goal is to help my clients achieve their short-term and long-term fitness goals that they set for themselves. I like to make the workouts challenging and interesting for my clients, but also fun at the same time. I specialize in TRX training, circuit training, weight loss, and sports conditioning. If you like your trainers to workout with you, I can do that as well. I am available during the week in the evenings and on weekends. I am willing to work with you on pricing and with finding a good comfortable location.
