Professional, experienced, and very competent. What you expect, what you need, and what you deserve for your wedding or event. In our initial consultation with 3 Little Birds Event Planning we described what we were thinking and our budget, and not to mention our compressed timeline. 3 Little Birds Event Planning was upfront about the challenges of the timeline, but expressed confidence that it could be done. Venue and vendor options were presented to meet our budget as well as options and ideas that were outside our budget should we want to incorporate additional things. Planning any project and event takes a very organized, detail oriented, experienced and well connected planner/company. But when it comes to a wedding, you only have one chance, there are no do overs, and you need someone who will make everything happen. Jessica Smith (3 Little Birds Event Planning) is all of the above and more. They can handle all of the business aspects (contracts, vendors, schedules, timelines, permits, etch, etc), but she also has an artistic eye and design style that provided such amazing ideas and direction to enhance and implement our theme. Trust me the small details that you may not think about make a HUGE difference. With my work schedule so hectic it was impossible for me get decorations or run around doing errands. Having a full service planner was not only helpful it was necessary. The money I would have lost from missed work, by far covered the difference between a day of event planner and full service planner. My recommendation is to go with the full service planner... it gives you the opportunity to have your event and vision grow organically as you meet and continually consult with your planner... not to mention the time and headaches your save yourself, trust me you will thank yourself for it. 3 Little Birds Event Planning is established and has many vendor connections (Florists, DJ, Photographers, Catering, Venues, Decorations, etc., etc.). What I really like is the fact that 3 Little Birds/Jessica Smith doesnât force or pressure you to use her vendors. We vetted her vendors and chose to go with some of them, and some we didn't. All the vendors she recommended are professional and established and we were very pleased with the vendors she recommended. The vendors we didnât use were not because of anything deficient, but rather because we had existing industry contacts and already knew great photographers and videographers. 3 Little Birds worked with the vendors they provided as well as the one we selected independently and brought everything together seamlessly. On the big day, things could not have gone any smoother. I was impressed, as were all of the guests. I was able to be present in the moment and truly enjoy our special day. All I can say is thank you, it was a true storybook/fairytale wedding.
Mark is a fabulous chef, event planner and host. His Pacific Rim influenced cuisine is beyond belief. Every time we've hired Mark to cater events/parties my guests ask for some of their favorites, including his coconut shrimp and his ahi tuna tartare. My family even requested him to cater a special Christmas dinner - a delicious memory as always with Mark Kearney. Whether an intimate dinner party or grand event - Mark's the best choice!
Chef Travis was wonderful to work with ahead of our arrival in Vegas, flexible in our conversations, and went out of his way to meet with our event site's owner before I arrived in Vegas, as well as providing a link to a pastry chef, app servers, and a bartender who did a fantastic job for the event. On event day, Travis brought great assistants, and was friendly and gracious with all of our guests. On event day, the menu and the schedule were slightly different from what we had discussed, but overall, he definitely did a wonderful job including clean up, and I would solidly recommend him for other events. Thank you Travis! Great dinner and great job!
Ricki negotiated her price once we discussed I was only doing a reception and not a wedding ceremony. I didn't give her much time to plan the event, but she showed us multiple venues and we were very happy with our selection. Ricki also did her best to help us stay on budget, she found flowers for an amazing deal, she brought decorations from her house, and she with the sudden weather change she got sun umbrellas in the nick-of-time. She really worked her tail off! It was a great reception, exactly what my husband and I wanted.

My event isn't until May of this year, but I was very happy with how quick she replied and how professional she is. I have full faith that she will assist me in every possible way on the day of my wedding.

Weddings in particular can have unexpected moments and she handles them with grace and ease. She takes the time to make sure the events she manages are special, memorable and fun! Nikki’s a great bartender. She was able to turn around cocktails fast to guests. She’s quick at responding to you via email and she made it easy to pay her (by providing PayPal as an option for the deposit). The guests loved how we had someone shake them up drinks, and it was a relief we didn’t have to make them ourselves. I’m happy Nikki was available and provided us with excellent and friendly service!
I was able to concentrate on other things while lexilou events took care of the decorations. They painted and assembled all my centerpieces for the baby shower and coordinated the event the day of.
Iris did so much for us to make this our best holiday event to date. It was a breeze on my part, she did all of the planning, finding the DJ and venue. We worked together on menu items, and were able to taste test in advance. The salmon was amazing, as was the tri-tip. Iris is also a truly sweet person, and I enjoyed planning this event with her very much. She was very accommodating, and delivered as promised. Thank you! Christine did a great job as our day-of coordinator. Throughout the wedding preparations she was engaged with us in the preparations, and on the day of she made everything smooth sailing, letting my husband and I enjoy the event. We would definitely recommend her!

I hired Golden State Events for my wedding, they had a million things thrown at them. There were issues with the band, power for the microphone at the ceremony, hotel dropping the ball on meals for my guests, and I never heard a peep. Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. Jackie is one of the sweetest, most creative people I have met in this industry and I would recommend Deuce to ANYONE who is planning any event or party. It’s worth every penny spent. It was my pleasure working with Katherine. This lady is extremely courteous, professional and caring. She and her team had created wonderful experience and beautiful party for my baby’s 1st birthday. We had a limited area for an event but Katherine came up with a solution to accommodate kids corner and adult mingling. Throughout the process we had an easy communication. Katherine listened and transformed our ideas into reality. She had coordinated everything from decor, food catering to kids entertainment. On the day of the event, her whole team worked very well together. They were all very CALM!!! I had a very stressful personal experience of organizing a party by myself before. The voice in my head kept telling me that I made a right decision of hiring a planner and choosing Lavishly Yours Events. They took my stress away. I was happy! Working with Lauren Kimble Events was quick and easy! Lauren is professional, attentive and affordable. I needed a florist at the last minute and she jumped in to take the lead on the flowers for my school event w/ 100+ guests. The flower arrangements matched the events theme beautifully!!
