- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What are your goals, what are your expectations, whats your why, and do you have any injuries. We will do this while going for a mild walk. I'll also explain my process of how I work with a client as well as a demonstration. If you bought a trial package, we will begin within 3 days of the initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees relative to the fitness industry. A.S. in Kinesiology from Marymount College B.S. in Kenisiology from CSULB As a requirement for the Kenesiology program at CSULB, we had to perform 500 hours of internship experience at various fitness facilities to hone our skills. In this time I am became a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and worked with 3 mentors. With this helpI was able to get a job right after graduation. After two years, I eventually moved on from corporate america and opened my personal training business.
